Assistant Brewer (Junior)
This role is perfect for someone who wants to build a career in brewing. Previous experience is not required, since what matters most is your motivation, curiosity and willingness to learn. From day one you'll be trained and mentored by our Head Brewer, gradually developing the skills to become an independent brewer.
What you'll be doing
You'll be involved in every stage of the brewing process and gain hands-on experience in a real production brewery.
Brewing & production
- Prepare ingredients: malt, hops and yeast
- Assist with mashing, boiling and fermentation
- Monitor processes and record measurements
- Support quality control and report irregularities
- Operate brewery equipment safely
Beer processing
- Assist with yeast removal and tank management
- Transfer beer between fermentation tanks and BBTs
- Learn carbonation procedures
- Assist with transfers to serving tanks
- Maintain hoses, pumps and transfer equipment
Hygiene & quality
- Learn and perform cleaning and sanitation
- Clean tanks, pipelines, equipment and work areas
- Maintain product quality and food safety standards
- Follow brewery safety and hygiene protocols
Warehouse & logistics
- Receive and organize raw materials and supplies
- Move ingredients, equipment and finished products
- Assist with inventory management
- Keep storage areas organized and efficient

Working environment
You'll work in an active production brewery on the Otrobanda waterfront. The role includes physical tasks such as lifting, cleaning and standing for extended periods. You'll handle brewing equipment, ingredients, cleaning products and modern brewing systems, with all the training and support needed to work safely and confidently.

We're looking for a hands-on Floor Supervisor to run the daily operations of our brewpub. You'll lead the floor team, keep service running smoothly during busy shifts, and make sure every guest gets a great experience. This is a full-time role for someone flexible, reliable and ready to take ownership of the floor.
What you'll be doing
You'll be the go-to person on the floor, keeping the team, the guests and the operation running smoothly during every shift.
Team & floor management
- Supervise bar and floor staff during shifts
- Train, coach and support new team members
- Set the tone for excellent service standards
Daily operations
- Oversee opening and closing procedures
- Coordinate between bar, kitchen and brewery teams
- Manage inventory of glassware, supplies and merchandise
- Handle the cash register and POS system
Guest experience
- Greet and assist guests on the floor
- Resolve customer questions and complaints professionally
- Ensure beers and food are served to standard
- Support brewery tours and events
Compliance & safety
- Enforce health, safety and hygiene standards
- Ensure responsible alcohol service
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the venue
- Report issues and incidents to management
What we're looking for
- Previous supervisory or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong leadership and people skills
